Inside Sales Specialist

Job Summary:

Warner’s Outdoor Solutions is looking for a self-motivated individual who wants to excel in Inside Sales for a Lawn/Irrigation/Tree/Landscaping/Snow Removal business.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Field incoming phone calls/emails from new and existing customers.

  • Field customer service calls/emails from existing customers.

  • Train/manage a team of entry level inside sales employees.

  • Monitors or reviews calls or other correspondence between representatives and customers.

  • Ensures that representatives are informed about changes to company products and services.

  • Identifies opportunities to update or improve sales procedures and makes recommendations to the Office Manager.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00 am – 5:00 pm)

    • Weekend availability during busy seasons

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent sales skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Organized with attention to detail.

  • Ability to resolve customer complaints and concerns while maintaining a professional and calm demeanor.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience:

  • 2 year degree, preferred.

  • 1 year of experience in sales, preferred.

  • 1 year experience the landscape industry, preferred.
