Warner’s Outdoor Solutions is hiring salt truck drivers for the 2026 winter season. We
are seeking salt truck drivers to operate a company vehicle equipped with either a
straight or V plow and be available to work on-call. Our company operates on .25” and
1” triggers for snowfalls. Salt is applied to parking lots and sidewalks after the sites have
been plowed and shoveled. Additional salting events occur during freezing rain/fog/ice
events or when snowfalls are under trigger and snow isn’t plowable. Job sites are
located throughout the entire Twin Cities Metro at both commercial and residential
properties.
Job Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- MN DOT card – company will pay for DOT physical
- Clean driving record – no DUI’s in the past 3 years
- Reliable transportation to shop located in St. Paul, MN
- Available to work on-call, 6-12 hour shifts
- Experience plowing driveways/parking lots when necessary, before applying salt
- Ability to shovel and salt sidewalks when necessary
- Smart phone to use CRM and vendor Apps required to complete jobs
Pay Structure:
- $30/hour
- Pay via check or direct deposit
- Bi-weekly pay periods, next day pay available
