Inside Sales Specialist
Job Summary:
Warner’s Outdoor Solutions is looking for a self-motivated individual who wants to excel in Inside Sales for a Lawn/Irrigation/Tree/Landscaping/Snow Removal business.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Field incoming phone calls/emails from new and existing customers.
Field customer service calls/emails from existing customers.
Train/manage a team of entry level inside sales employees.
Monitors or reviews calls or other correspondence between representatives and customers.
Ensures that representatives are informed about changes to company products and services.
Identifies opportunities to update or improve sales procedures and makes recommendations to the Office Manager.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00 am – 5:00 pm)
Weekend availability during busy seasons
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent sales skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Organized with attention to detail.
Ability to resolve customer complaints and concerns while maintaining a professional and calm demeanor.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
2 year degree, preferred.
1 year of experience in sales, preferred.
1 year experience the landscape industry, preferred.
