Warner’s Outdoor Solutions is hiring snow shovelers for the 2025 winter season. We operate on a 1” snow removal trigger and perform services throughout the entire Twin Cities Metro at both commercial and residential properties. We are seeking snow shovelers to ride with a plow driver and shovel sidewalks, stairs, etc and be available to work on-call for a 1” snow trigger.

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation to shop located in St. Paul, MN
• Available on-call, 5-12 hour shifts
  • All shovelers are called in once we hit 1” of snow
• Work outdoors in extreme weather conditions

Pay Structure

• $25/hour
• Pay via check or direct deposit
• Bi-weekly pay periods, next day pay is available

Other Information:

• Opportunity to stay on-board with our company through the spring, summer and fall months
