Warner’s Outdoor Solutions has an amazing opportunity to add a skilled and talented Softscape-focused Landscape Foreman to our growing team! We are looking for someone who has a passion for creating high-end landscape projects throughout the Twin Cities Metro area! Warner’s Outdoor Solutions is a locally owned and operated full-scale landscape company that has established itself as a leader within the industry.

Roles and responsibilities

• Softscape Foreman experience installing edging, fabric, mulch, rock, sod, seed, drainage, grading and other aspects of softscapes
• Hands on, physical work, and operating a variety of machinery
• Ensure the proper care and safety operations of equipment at all times
• Ability to lead and work effectively on a crew
• Awareness of flowers/plants, proper care and identification
• Ability to operate a skid, trucks/trailers, and power equipment
• Willing and able to manage, encourage and teach a team

Position Type:
Full-time, with paid over time

• YEAR ROUND WORK
• $30-$35/hour based on experience. Projected earnings start in the $75,000 – $100,000 range.
• Bi-weekly payroll
