Quarterly Pest Control
- Pest control manager will meet with customer to assess the interior and exterior of the home.
- Liquid insecticide will be sprayed on exterior of home when insects are active to keep unwanted insects from entering home.
- Liquid insecticide will be sprayed in all harborage areas in the house, bottom 2 ft. of exterior of house, and 2 ft. out from house if necessary.
- Application will require 2 hours to dry before people and animals can enter.
- Bait stations will be placed throughout the exterior of the home and yard.
- Exclusion measures can be done at an hourly rate of $105/hour + materials.
- If customer is seeing insect activity between quarterly visits, call for a complimentary redo application.
- Quarterly pest covers mice, voles, rats, ants, spiders, centipedes, millipedes, bees, wasps, hornets, box elder bugs, and more.
